Recognising the need to keep the industry ‘clean’ the Plumbers, Gas Fitters and Drain Layers Board (PGDB) has taken the innovative approach of creating a free mobile app.
R.A.C (Report a Cowboy) was launched late last year to enable consumers and industry professionals to quickly deal with illegal and/or defective work.
We have seen many non-compliant dangerous jobs in out time and applaud the PGDB for taking some initiative in stamping out illegal operators and their substandard work.
There are other sites like No Cowboys that are recommended but the Plumbing and Gas Board take an active role in maintaining the integrity of the industry.
